Recently i have commit some serious mistakes and it seem so hard for me to move on...but thank God for friends and my cgl Minghui...thanks for being there...thanks for listening...thanks for comforting me...thanks for believing in me...thanks for everything...without u guys...i will not be able to move on so quickly...like what they say what have happened have happened...i cannot change the situation...thank God for His grace...i came across this particular book and this is what it says bout forgiveness....

Forgiveness is letting go of the pain
and accepting what has happened
because it will never change.

Forgiveness is dismissing the blame.
Choices were made that caused the hurt;
we each could haven chosen differently,
but we didn't.

Forgiveness is looking at the pain,
learning the lessons it has produced,
and understanding what we have learned.

Forgiveness allows us to move on
toward a better understanding
of the universal love
and our true purpose.

Forgiveness is knowing that love
is the answer to all questions
and that we all
are in some way connected.

Forgiveness is stating over
with the knowledge
what we have gained.
It is saying:
"I forgive you, and I forgive myself.
I hope you can do the same."

Do Not Regret Your Past; Learn from It
Far away in the distant past
Lies the thought of the things
That once were
And how they have affected
Who we are today.
We regret the things that we did not do
And wish that we could change
The things we did wrong.
We should look to the future instead.

We end up wasting our lives in remorse,
And pass right by all the good things
That are happening in the present.
If we look forward the future,
We are sure to find
At least some happiness that
Will make our lives worthwhile.

You can find comfort
In the thoughts and actions
Of the ones around you.
They will help you
Get through the rough times
And also rejoice with you
When things are good.

Just look for the brighter days,
And you will get through life.
Many complications may arise,
And things will seem wrong,
But stick to your virtues.
Hold your head up high
So the whole world can see
How special you are…
And you will make it
