Handling the different people in work!
Have been always quite afraid of this particular manager in my office cause he is in operations de so he talk louder...then today he intercom up to say why his surveyor no camera, saying why i no spare camera, i told him the spare camera is in the repair centre and i have chasse the people there...he talk quite loud so i still quite scared of him...but later he came up to explain he always check the works of his surveyors...got 1 surveyor is slower so he questioned him, the surveyor say cause he no camera, pushing blame to us, then the manager say he believe maybe the surveyor is slower but by saying he no camera, the manager cannot corner him in questioning, he explain it in a very nice tone and softer...sometimes i guess its just our own mind, he might not be that scary after all, i saw the fun side of him before...hee....
